Registration Under Section 12A for All India Human Rights Organisation
The All India Human Rights Organisation has been registered under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961. This registration, granted by the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, is effective from the Assessment Year 2023-24 to AY 2025-26. It allows the organization to claim tax exemptions on income used for charitable purposes. The registration is subject to compliance with the conditions set forth under the Income Tax Act, including maintaining proper records and ensuring that income is used exclusively for charitable activities. Any violation may result in the withdrawal of the registration.
